We, Kolbrún Ýr, Danni, Nikkó, and Halldóra invite you on a soulful adventure designed for those who long to play, express, and expand. Together, we’ll dive into the joy of voice, rhythm, movement and creative fire.
We’ll stir the spirit by returning to the heart, laugh our way beyond limits, and explore the edges of imagination.
In a serene Riad tucked near the sea-kissed town of Essaouira, our days will begin in stillness and flow.
Kolbrún will gently guide us each morning with yoga, breath, and meditation to awaken the body and center the soul.
After breakfast, we’ll weave sound and silence, rhythm and resonance.
Daníel and Kolbrún will lead you through voice and music work, Kundalini Reiki, and healing sound journeys.
Halldóra will invite you to move differently, to loosen the rules and let your magical inner child dance free.
Nicholas will open portals to new ways of thinking and lead us through the mystery of Essaouira’s winding streets and timeless beauty.
We’ll stay 6 nights in Essaouira and 1 night in Marrakesh.
A core principle of the retreat is abstaining from alcohol for the week, creating optimal conditions for magic and transformation.

Price: from 260.000 ISK based on shared accommodation (2 people per room)
Price applies for the March 2025 trip and may change. Flights are not included. Direct flights from KEF to Marrakesh (RAK) are available via Play Air — the earlier you book, the cheaper the fare.
If you don’t have a travel companion, you cannot register for a shared room; the price is based solely on double occupancy.
A limited number of single rooms will be available for the next trip.
A non-refundable deposit of 80,000 ISK is due upon registration.
The full balance must be paid 2 months prior to the trip.

Who Are We?
Kolbrún Ýr Gunnarsdóttir – Kolbrún is a healer and yoga teacher who has led countless courses in self-development and energy work. She is a Reiki & Kundalini Reiki Master, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, and trauma and stress informed yoga instructor. She holds a Master’s Diploma in Positive Psychology and is a spiritual coach with certifications in mindfulness and breathwork. She is also the owner of Live Better with You — more about her here.
Halldóra Geirharðsdóttir – Dóra has worked as an actress for 30 years, served as a professor at the Iceland University of the Arts for 6 years, and has extensive experience in improvisational theatre and group collaboration. Her philosophy is that all creative expansion should happen through love — the magical child within must feel safe in order to dare to show itself and gain the courage to dance or recite poetry.
Nicolas Pétur Blin – Nikkó has worked as a guide and as a neurophysiologist, researching sleep, Alzheimer’s, and magnetic stimulation of the prefrontal cortex in treatment-resistant depression. He has given lectures on brain function to the general public and is certified in Reiki I & II and Gong Playing I. He lived in Morocco from ages 4 to 5 and learned Arabic — though he’s since completely forgotten it. He’s currently campaigning (jokingly) for "brain healer" to become a recognized profession.
Daníel Þorsteinsson – Danni has been a musician for over 38 years, releasing albums nearly every other year for more than 30 years, the last 10 years under the artist name TRPTYCH. For the past two years, he has worked as a sound healer at Eden Yoga. He is a Reiki Master and holds a B.A. in graphic design, animation, and sociology.
