What is Kundalini Reiki Healing?

Kundalini Reiki is a deep form of energy work that gently activates your Kundalini energy using the soft and nurturing power of Reiki.

What is Kundalini Energy?

Kundalini energy is an ancient concept from Indian spiritual traditions, often associated with yoga and meditation. It is believed to be a life force energy that resides at the base of the spine, in the root chakra known as "Muladhara". This energy is rich in spiritual, physical, and energetic significance. When Kundalini is awakened, it is said to rise like a coiled serpent, moving up through the chakras to help bring balance and flow to your life force.

Characteristics of Kundalini Energy

Life Force energy: Kundalini is considered the primal life force "Prana" that influences both physical and spiritual well-being.
Creative Energy: It is connected to the process of creation, literally and symbolically relating to creativity, sexual energy, and spiritual development.
Transcendent Energy: As it rises, it may lead to profound spiritual experiences, heightened intuition, and expanded awareness.

​Kundalini Reiki Course

To join my Kundalini Reiki course, you must have completed Reiki levels 1 and 2 (this can be with any teacher if you just have your certificate).

 Kundalini Reiki Master Course

In-person course: 2 days, 12 hours
Includes approx. 30 hours of self-study and preparatory assignments

The course begins with online learning and homework to complete before attending. Topics include:

The body’s energy system
The importance of preparation and energetic hygiene
Key principles and integration techniques for working with clients
The awakening process of Kundalini energy

Note: A yoga teacher training can be a helpful foundation for this Master course.
It is essential that you already have solid experience with energy work and healing others.

As a Kundalini Reiki Master, you will be able to:

Heal others with Kundalini Reiki
Attune others into Kundalini Reiki levels 1 and 2
(Please note: To attune others into the Master level, you must also be a Dharana Master)
Guide others in activating their own Kundalini Reiki energy
