Your voice is more than a tool for speaking, it is a direct expression of your life force, your emotions, and your truth.

Many of us grow up learning to silence parts of ourselves. We hold back our feelings, soften our opinions, or suppress the sounds that want to move through us. Over time, this can create tension not only in the body, but also in our ability to express who we truly are.

This course is an invitation to reconnect with the power of your voice.

 

Through guided practices in vocal activation, breath, sound, and embodied awareness, we will explore the connection between the sacral chakra—the center of creativity, emotion, and life energy—and the throat chakra—the center of expression, communication, and truth.

When these two centers are connected and flowing, our voice becomes alive. It carries authenticity, clarity, and presence.

 

In this course you will:

• Explore your voice as a channel for life force and creative energy
• Gently open and strengthen the throat chakra through sound and vibration
• Reconnect with the sacral chakra as a source of emotional expression and creativity
• Release fear, tension, and self-judgment around your voice
• Develop confidence in speaking, sounding, and expressing your truth
• Cultivate self-acceptance, self-love, and compassion for your authentic voice

This is not about learning to sing perfectly or perform. It is about remembering that your voice already belongs here.

 

Your voice is a living instrument of your being, capable of healing, connecting, and transforming how you relate to yourself and the world.

Together we will create a supportive space where curiosity replaces judgment, and where every sound is welcome.

 

Because when your voice is free, something deeper within you becomes free as well.

In the course we will also be learning how to use our voices to heal each other and get deeper into our own truth and healing of our soul voice.

At the end of each session we will have deep relaxation with soundhealing and Reiki.

 

The course is 3 x Tuesdays in april 3hr sessions from 19-22.

Kolbrún and Daníel have studied Voice Healing with various teachers in recent years and have just returned from Egypt, where they learned from the healer Devi Ma to connect even more deeply with soul expression and its power, along with healing and tools to support you in connecting more deeply with yourself.
