KAP with a sound journey is a truly unique experience where you receive live music into your energy field the entire time. The vibration of the tones has a special way of supporting your life force and activating your energy centers.

The session begins with heart-opening cacao, which helps you settle into your heart energy and enter a relaxed state in your body. We use 100% pure, organic, and nourishing cacao from Peru.

 

KUNDALINI ACTIVATION PROCESS (KAP) IS DEEP ENERGY WORK

We work with your inner energy, helping you get closer to your core. A lot of inner work and healing takes place during these sessions. It creates a meditative state that helps you process stress, low energy, and discomfort, improves sleep, boosts creativity, and much more.

The Kundalini life force exists within all of us.

People experience everything from deep relaxation to the release of various emotions. You may feel vibrations or a need to move. Most people share the experience of feeling nourished by the session, more connected to themselves, and generally much better afterward.

KAP is like “butter for your nervous system.”

We often begin the session with breathing exercises and/or shaking, depending on what’s needed, to start moving your energy. You then lie on a mat for just over an hour.

During the energy work, we touch certain energy points on the body, but we also work with the energy field above you without physical contact. You can request no touch if that suits you better.

There is powerful live music during the session, which plays a major role in the journey, as the tones flow into your energy and body and help move what needs attention.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an eye mask or eye pillow (we also have some available to borrow).
